Some frolicking in Mykynos sun and a white party

Perfect start to the day don’t you think?

Breakfast involved some scrambled eggs, fruit, a cup of Green Tea and a gorgeous sea view and Summer breeze. I am in heaven! I sat back watched  the birds flutter by, listening to the water movements and soaking up the sun. I could happily sit here all day but we had Kalo Livadis beach awaiting our arrival:)

IMG_4769

I headed straight to the sunbed for some relaxing time.

IMG_4771

Whilst others were itching for wifi for some social media time! We were like a broken record every time we stepped foot in a place: ‘What is your wifi password?’

With all that sunbathing, we soon worked up an appetite and headed to Solymar on the beach front

IMG_4777

Fresh fish was definitely on the menu.

IMG_4780

Along with spinach balls

IMG_4781

Feta cheese toast (yummy)

IMG_4786

Beef carpacia smothered in a creamy sauce!

IMG_4787

And crab and spinach ravioli.

IMG_4783

The first of the hen games..Mr and Mrs questions. So do they know each other well? ermmm well let’s just say there was a difference in opinion.

IMG_4789

I love matching my nail colour to my surroundings:)

IMG_4803

We headed back for some more lounging around on our sunbeds but not before taking this epic shot! How kool is this, well captured photographer. Geia Mykynos (hello Mykynos).

We later made our way into the old town (Hero) for a spot of shopping. Very cute boutique shops here where you can buy sandals, maxi dresses, bags etc. Toursity shops with items like magnets, t-shirts were in  abundance too and not to mention great crepe and waffle places:)

IMG_4808

My sisters friend Maha kindly got us all hen bags:) We thought we would deviate from the typical hen t-shirt idea. It was tatooed in Arabic with Zaghroota li ahla 3roosa which means cheers to the best bride (That’s the closest translation).

We stopped off for a quick crepe. It went down so fast that I forgot to take a pic! trust me it was that amazing. I don’t think I have ever tasted a street place crepe as good as this and I am included Paris here (which do have great crepes). It stayed so warm, and with every bite I was wishing it was my first!

We headed to Caprice bar for some sunset watching. This is apparently one of the best places to view sunset:) We relaxed, took in the amazing views with some watermelon cocktails.

Bye Hero.

IMG_4837

Today was the white theme night. So everyone dressed in a white dress. One of the hen activities was to make flower headbands using wire, flowers and green tape:) They all turned out very well I must say and we had had great fun making them.

IMG_4850

We headed for dinner at Interni (amazing place). How do we all look?

IMG_4855

Then to Guizelle for some booty shaking for the rest of the night.

IMG_4857

Dare cards were on the table.

IMG_4863

Mine wasn’t hard:)

IMG_4865

Although not sure it was sexy enough.

IMG_4866

Asmah’s wasn’t too embarrassing. I think we should have fixed this a little and made her do an embarrassing dare.

IMG_4873

She asked the bar tender.

Amal’s dare was to find the shortest person in the room and kiss him on the cheek, which she did and the guy got so offended. Hilarious!

Others didn’t complete the task! Naughty! Their dares included lifting up your skirt and showing their panties..lol and kissing a random guy.

It was soon snooze time for me and Grace, whilst the others partied the night away.

Kalimera Mykynos.

xx
