It is that time again for a recipe post and yup it involves chocolate and that is dark chocolate. My love for dark chocolate is still going and going strong:) But it is dark chocolate so an ingestion of plenty of antioxidants, almonds for a boost of healthy fats and protein and a hint of chili for that increase in metabolism kick. See I told you it is full of goodness.

Lets get stuck into it. Now I removed the sugar and replaced with agave syrup just to make it healthier.
-2 tablespoons of chopped almond pieces
-200g of good quality dark chocolate (72 percent)
-1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
-2-3 tablespoon of agave syrup
-4 large egg whites
1/8 teaspoon of salt
-1 fresh hot chilli pepper
How to prepare:
1-Add the chocolate with the pepper flakes and heat over some water in a saucepan to melt the chocolate. Stir continuously until chocolate is melted. Try to resist dipping a spoon in for licking!
2-Crack open your eggs, removing the egg white and beat with 1 table spoon of sugar and salt over medium speed setting until soft peaks occur, (around 3-4 minutes). Pour in the agave syrup and keep whisking.
3-Fold in the chocolate mixture using a wooden spoon
4-Divide mixture into small cups and chill for 1-4 hours.
5-Take out of fridge and garnish with fresh chili and the almond pieces
