There is nothing like indulging in chocolate and feeling totally guilt-free about doing so!  These skinny chocolate bar recipe is definitely one to try, and they are also toddler approved. My friends tot made a grab for it at the table and gulped it down in 5 seconds flat, making no effort to conceal the evidence with chocolate seen covering his hands and face (made a great picture). If you are a fan of nutty chocolate bars then you will love these sugar-free version, packed with antioxidant and real goodness. I love indulging on chocolate that just melts in your mouth as it touches your lips and especially when dunked  in my tea.

They make a great desert to nibble on when you have friends over. And the good thing about it is that you can control the amount to eat by breaking off a piece size you want.Skinny chocolate bars

If you are not a dark chocolate fan, trust me you will change your mind after trying these skinny chocolate bar recipe which are full of nuts and seeds for added goodness.

All you need

300g of dark chocolate

A handful of crushed almond nuts

3 tbs of pumpkin seeds

2-3 tbs of goji berries

A pinch of Himalayan salt

1/4 teaspoon of cayenne peppers.


1- Melt the chocolate in a pan over boiling water and keep stirring, don’t over to melt dark chocolate-MyCityMyLondon

2-Stir in your salt and cayenne pepper.

3-Lay out some cling film over a tray as neat as possible.

4-Pour the chocolate one top of the cling film to  get a ‘chocolate puddle” aka heaven.Skinny chocolate bars

I have a ”no sharing motto” with chocolate. What is mine is mine. In my opinion, these are way too good to share.

I made myself a cup of latte and dunked the night away. These skinny nuts and seed bars are incredible and it comes with all the added goodness of omega 3s, fibres and antioxidant.
