Who says you can’t have chocolate for breakfast?

Who says you can’t have chocolate for breakfast? Chocolate in a mug coming right up.

I am a fan of chocolate, 24-7, anytime of day is good for me.

With the weather being so gloomy and dull, I am feeling more of an urge to binge on chocolate! I try and stay clear of milk chocolate but form a strong bond with dark chocs! I love it! Plus it is healthy for you (knowing this makes gives me guilt-free binging time).

I would love some feedback on this, let me know what you think of it. P.s be warned not to overcook in the microwave as the protein will taste very dry. The mixture should be slightly gooey looking.

Ingredients:

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

2 tablespoon of almond/coconut milk

a pinch of salt

1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

1 egg white

sweetner of choice (I used a teaspoon of agave honey)

1 tablespoon of cacao powder

Method:

1- Mix your dry ingredients together

2- Mix your milk with the egg white then add to a mug and mix with the dry ingredients.

3- Mix well and place in a microwave for 35-40 seconds depending on what power setting you have it on.
