Need some rejuvenation and something to rid that stomach bloat? I have the perfect de-bloating smoothie to help with that. A creamy thick and healthy smoothie made from all yummy ingredients.
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries (or mixed berries)
1 handful fresh spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup of coconut milk
Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, sit back and enjoy.
I used blackberries so the drink turned out a little dark but if you use just strawberries, it should look more green:)
There are other little things that you should also note to keep bloating at bay:
- Don’t chew gum
- Limit use of Alcohol
- Limit sugar substitutes
- Dont drink sodas
- Stay away from beans, cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, onions
- Don’t drink from a straw
- Limit amount of salt in food
