5 minutes in the kitchen type of dinner

IMG_1855Life is always greener on the other side.

Greens, greens and more greens. Ditch your fries, cakes and biscuits, and chose a greener lifestyle. So I have been lacking a little Vitamin D and iron lately and so I am upping my dose of sun ( not much luck in London) and eating more greens and iron rich foods as well as increasing my meat intake.

I put this together in 5 minutes flat, and I thought you guys might want the down low. There is nothing worse than coming home after work and having to cook up a meal to satisfy your appetite that doesn’t involve hours slaving away over a hot stove.

All you need:

-A packet of mixed vegetables/cabbage and onions

-A can of tuna

-A few lunges of soya sauce

-Some ground ginger

-1 egg


-Throw everything  (aside the egg of course) in a pan and heat with a little oil. Add a few lunges of soya sauce with some salt and pepper and saute for 3-5 minutes and add to your serving plate

-Fry your egg separately and place on top of your mix vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

Done! It is as easy as that.

I have always been taught to sit and eat your dinner at the dining table, but feel free to grab your plate and head for the couch, or sit in front of your computer whilst you check your emails. And with that  30 minutes or an hour you have saved, fill up your hot tub and have a relaxing bath:) That certainly what was on my agenda.
