Eating less because you have binged on too much chocolate and cakes is not healthy for you.

With eating less, although you may temporarily loose weight, in the long run you end up putting on weight and deprive your body of essential vitamins and minerals hence the sluggish feeling and your immune system will suffer. Your metabolism also slows down and you force your body to store fat even more as it goes into starvation mode to conserve more energy.
I want to share with you my favourite healthy eating place in London- Ethos.
Located on Eastcastle Street just off Oxford Street, this cafe really is a delight and one of my favourite places in London. They make healthy eating fun, ‘attractive, delicious and simple’. They work by a pay by weight method. Grab yourself a plate, pile on the goodies, take it to the till and done. It is that easy.
They cater with a wide range of vegan, meat-free and dairy-free options. You are guaranteed a amazing food here with a friendly service.
It is a great place for mums also with ample buggy space available for the little ones to take a nap whilst you have some ”me time”. You can easily lose a few hours here munching and nattering away. And the desserts are really something too if you managed to leave some room for it. Their bite size pieces are just enough to satisfy the appetite.
Their range of teas and coffees make an excellent compliment with the treats offering all types of teas including the current Insta trend of Matcha Tea and Turmeric lattes.
Head over to Ethos for your guilt-free breakfast, lunch or dinner meal and make a conscious effort to schedule in regular visits to Ethos if you are serious on changing your eating habits for the better.
