So we are half way through May and I am making my Top 5 goals for May. I guess the cliche saying goes, ”better late than never” right?
I like to as much as I can incorporate goal setting as part of my everyday life. I don’t always achieve my goals, but that is ok. It is enough for me that I write them down at least giving myself some form of motivation and it allows for better planning. When I do achieve them, there is nothing more exciting than ticking my goals off my checklist.
My top 5 May goals
1-Write at least 3 blog posts a week
I am forever setting goals on blog post goals, but life just gets in the way and I don’t always achieve the goals i set. I guess better planning is in order.
2-Sticking to a gluten-free diet to help reduce the bloated feeling.
Who is suffering from this right now? How annoying right? I didn’t find cutting out diary foods did much, so a non-gluten-free diet is the way to go now. Stay tuned for my next blog post on how to reduce bloated-ness.
3-Applying oils to my nails nightly.
I have neglected them a little and after having Shellac done, the condition of my nails have seriously deteriorated.
4- Making a decision on something that’s important to me and sticking with it
It is all about weighing out the pros and cons which for me can be a difficult task. Decision making is not something that comes easy to me.
5. Eat less naughty treats and more dark chocolate:)
I certainly do like indulging in a few dark squares with my tea. I have taken a fancy for cacao powder too. I love this stuff. It is great for making chocolate sauces and adding to pancake mixes.
Let us see how well I do by the end of May. Which ones do you think I will be ticking off my list?
