3-Don’t self sabotage

We are all guilty of this I am sure and we do it without realising it unless someone points it out to us.

Those that dwelled on negative thoughts about themselves or always put themselves down were found to have a greater risk of self-doubt and lower satisfaction levels as per a study from the National Institutes of Health. If you find yourself doing this, you need to find out why and only then you can work on turning them into positive thoughts.
