I am a lover of all things natural, especially when it comes to using skin products on children. AproDerm is a new line of creams that are free of parabens, halogens, and fragrances and colours used for skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema.
Anyone with children that suffer from any skin conditions and are struggling to find a suitable emollient? Look no further, AproDerm creams are probably the best in the market right now. They offer a ‘safer’ alternative to conventional creams like diprobase/epraderm etc without a compromise on quality and effectiveness. They work by moisturising, soothing the skin from itch and irritations by helping it to retain water.
There are two products currently on the market:
1- Emollient cream
2-Colloidal oat cream
The active colloidal oatmeal contained in the cream helps to restore the skin surface and has been clinically proven to relieve itchiness, dryness and scaling which are all common in skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema. The benefits are endless but to list a few: they have buffering action to help maintains skin’s normal PH level, calms redness and itching, cleanses skin by absorbing dirt and dead skin cells and is proven to restore skin barrier.
How to use:
–Apply liberally to the skin surface at least three times daily. Do not rub.
–Once condition has cleared up, continue to apply AproDerm to avoid flare ups
I get dry legs sometimes, especially after a shower and this emollient sure does do the job. I also apply to my hands which are forever dry due to washing my hands about fifty times in a day #mumslife.
I would certainly try this product if you suffer from skin conditions I have described. Just pop into any local pharmacy or Boots and ask the team to order it in for you. It is as simple as that. Or if you regularly obtain a prescription for your creams then ask your GP to prescribe it for you.
Say yea to AproDerm.
